Anemorrachi ,  at an altitude of 370 meters, 47 km from Arta ,is situated at a hill among rich and wild vegetation which makes it is difficult to reach. The Folklore Museum is located in the center of the village (in the old school) housing a plethora of old exhibits.

In the “Kastri” location at the eastern end of the village there are remnants of a Hellenistic -according to the archaeologists – Acropolis. A few meters below the top of the hill a wall section of the acropolis is preserved at a sufficient length, width and height. It is made of large limestone stone blocks some of which are scattered around the area bearing traces of carving tools on their surface.
